How to find a Service Request.

While there are multiple ways to find a service request within the app, this article will describe the two most common ways to do so.

Global Search

Click the magnifying glass in the top right corner or the "/" key.

Enter your service request number in the search bar.

Fun Fact:

If you do not know the service request number, you can search by any word used in the problem description to attempt to find the request. Select the "Service Request" Search for option prior to searching.

View Service Request Search

Select Service and then View Service Requests

Select Service and then View Service Requests

Select your service request from the list of service requests listed or search for your service request.
