Notifications

This article will review how to setup notifications both via email and text.

Go to Notifications

Initials or Photo in top right corner -> Notifications.

Enter your phone number if you would like to receive SMS Notifications.

You can then select Receive Notifications to set them up accordingly or unsubscribe from ALL notifications.

The main notifications are listed under "Events," but feel free to review all tabs. Then select which notifications you want via email or SMS and hit Save.

Note:

We recommend the below notifications...

• Note added to Service Request

• Service Request assigned to me (If using in house dispatching)

• Service Request Created

• Service Request changed to "Completed"

• Service Request canceled
