How to Save a Table View (Saved Views).

Saved Views is a feature that we highly encourage all users to utilize, especially when filtering and editing columns daily. Users can save filters and columns selected using Saved Views. This is most commonly done with the Service Request table, so I will use that table as an example.
Note: Saved Views are typically used after adding filters or changing the standard columns. For additional information visit How to Edit Table Columns or How to Filter Table Columns.

Create Saved View
Name | Description | Share with My Organization | Save
If you want to share your saved view with others within your organization, select the Share with My Organization box.
Saved Views v Shared Views
Saved Views are your personal saved views and Shared Views are any saved views shared with your organization.
