Submitting a Service Request
How to submit a Service Request.
NStart Service Request
Select Location
Use the magnifying glass to search by a name, number, or address.
Select Equipment
Use the magnifying glass to search by the equipment name, make, serial number...etc.
Verify selected equipment
Continue
Select applicable Issue
Customize Title
This step is not required, but does help to easily locate requests.
Description
Provide as much detail as possible to describe why the service request is needed. Feel free to add any links or images that will help the issue be resolved in a timely manner.
Main Contact & Additional Contacts
The user submitting the service request will be listed as the main contact, however you can easily change it to any user within your organization. If multiple contacts are needed, click "Additional Contacts" and select the additional user or manually add them.
Save
This is the final step to submit your service request.
Request Submitted
Once submitted, you can easily go to the Service Request by going to "View Service Requests" or you can easily open a second request by going to "Open Another Request."
