How to add a note and note icon definitions.

Add a Note

Open the service request to which you would like to add a note.

How to find a Service Request

Create Note

Determine if you want the note to go to everyone or only be visible to your organization.

Type your note and hit Save.

Note Icons

  • Attach File

    • Attach any document to the service request for reference.

  • Attach Invoice

    • Attach the finalized invoice to the service request for review.

  • "@" or Mention

    • "@" or Mention someone within your organization if you would like them to review or work the service request.

  • Link Service Request

    • Link the current service request to another service request if applicable.

  • Link Equipment

    • Link current service request and equipment to another piece of equipment if applicable.

  • Remind Me

    • Set a reminder for a specific day to complete a task or review the claim. The reminder will be sent via email at midnight.
