Quick Views

Easily access a Saved View that you use often.

We highly encourage all users to set up Quick Views as it is an easy way to access a frequently used Saved View. Why take multiple steps to view a Saved View, when you can do it in ONE step?

Enabling Quick Views

If you do not see the icon below in the Equips App, Quick Views needs to be enabled, and the steps to do so are below.

Go to Settings

Initials or Photo in top right corner -> Settings.

Under the Profile Tab scroll down to the Quick Views section.

Select Enable.

The system will now show Quick Views as Enabled.

Creating a Quick View

Select the Quick Views icon in the top right-hand corner.

Review your list of Saved Views.

To enable a Quick View, select the Saved View you would like to easily access, and click the heart icon ♥.

  • You can set a Quick View for either a Service Request or Equipment Saved View.

Once a Quick View is enabled, you can easily click the Quick View icon in the top right-hand corner and it will immediately take you to your readily used Saved View.

Removing/Changing a Quick View

Double-click the Quick Views icon in the top right-hand corner.

To remove your Quick View, go to Favorite, and select the "X" listed next to that Quick View.

Click the heart icon ♥ next to the new Saved View to change your Quick View. This will remove the current Saved View and add the new one.
